Tuskegee, with its rich history of excellence, is our Fixed Base of Operation.
RTSF is currently partnering with the Macon County School System in executing a $425,000 FAA grant. This grant will be used to establish a Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) duel enrollment bridge program between the Red Tail Flight Academy and high school students in Macon County, Alabama. To support the development of interest in aviation careers, this grant will also fund an outreach program that will allow RTFA Ambassadors to visit every private and public elementary school in Macon County.

Our volunteers and mentors not only play a crucial part in our organization but also in the development of our students. We are looking for mentors from all backgrounds not just aviation.

Help us spread the word about the Red Tail Flight Academy. Are you sociable person? Do you like networking? Do you want more diversity in the field of aviation? We are looking for Teachers, Youth Workers, College Students, Parents, Community Leaders and Principals.
AMBASSADOR
Red Tail Donors fuel dreams and help break the barriers that prohibit underrepresented youth from taking flight in their life and career. Your donation will go a long way to provide material support, and keep our students and aircraft aloft and safely learning how to fly.
